At Little Gliders, we are committed to offering our customers the best prices on baby gear and nursery furniture. Our Price Match Guarantee ensures you get the best value for your purchases. Please review the terms and conditions below to understand how our Price Match Guarantee works:

Eligible Products:

• The Price Match Guarantee applies to all products available on our website, unless explicitly stated. Please refer to 'Exclusions' below. 
• The product must be identical in brand, model, colour, size, and condition to the competitor’s offering.
• The price match does not apply to items purchased using discount codes or special financing offers.

Eligible Competitors:

• We will match prices from authorised, reputable online retailers.
• Competitors must have the product in stock and available for immediate shipment.
• We do not price match with marketplace sellers (e.g., eBay, Amazon third-party sellers), auction sites, membership clubs, or classified ads.

Verification Process:

• Customers must provide a live URL to the competitor’s website showing the lower price.
• The lower price must be visible and verifiable by our customer service team at the time of the request.
• Price match requests can be made before purchase or within 14 days after purchase.

Exclusions:

• The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to pricing errors, clearance sales, closeouts, refurbished items, or flash sales.
• Prices from membership clubs, loyalty programs, or discounts requiring specific codes or credit cards are excluded.
• The Price Match does not apply to products from the Babymore range. 

Shipping and Handling:

• When comparing prices, we consider the total cost, including shipping and handling.
• The competitor’s price must include all costs associated with delivering the product to the customer.

Promotions and Discounts:

• Our Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with any other Little Gliders promotions, discounts, or offers.
• Competitor promotional codes, rebates, and special deals are not eligible for price matching.

How to Request a Price Match:

• Contact our customer service team via email at info@littlegliders.co.uk.
• Provide the URL of the competitor's product page and any relevant details for verification.

Approval and Adjustments:

• If approved, we will adjust the price before purchase or refund the difference if the purchase has already been made.
• Refunds for approved price matches will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Changes to Terms & Conditions:

• Little Gliders reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes to the terms and conditions will be posted on our website and apply to requests made after the changes take effect.
