Shipping information

What happens after I place an order?

You’ll receive an automated confirmation email and text message with your payment receipt within a few minutes.

In some cases, you may also receive a call to confirm your order and provide an estimated delivery date within two hours of purchase.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you another email with your tracking code.

What is your shipping & delivery policy?

At Little Gliders, we strive for a smooth and transparent shopping experience. We offer free UK Mainland delivery on all orders, with dispatch typically within 3 business days or sooner.

For non-mainland deliveries, additional charges may apply. You'll receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by product and brand, detailed on each product page. After ordering, you'll receive tracking information to monitor your delivery's live status.

Can I have my order delivered to an alternate address?

To have your order delivered to an alternative address, please enter the details when you place your order. Please note that customers paying via PayPal and Klarna can only have their orders shipped to their confirmed address.

Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?

Unfortunately, we are only able to ship the item to the delivery address provided at the time of purchase and cannot make changes once the order is placed.

Can I specify a safe place for my parcel to be left?

All of our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you won’t be available to receive your order, we recommend providing an alternative address, such as a neighbour's, to ensure safe receipt of your parcel.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the UK. However, stay tuned for future updates as we look to expand our shipping services.

Do you offer click & collect?

We currently don't offer click and collect. All orders are delivered directly to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Returns & refunds

Can I cancel my order?

You have 24 hours to cancel your order after it's placed. Please email us at info@littlegliders.co.uk with your order number in the subject line to request cancellation.

After this window, we cannot guarantee the order can be cancelled. Any orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item.

What should I do if a product is defective or damaged upon delivery?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us for assistance. We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund in accordance with our policy to ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase.

How can I return an item?

If your order isn't what you expected, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Please note, returns are at your expense, and any free gifts must also be returned unused and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us via email at info@littlegliders.co.uk, and we will provide the returns address and further instructions. Once we receive the items in their original condition, we will process your refund to the payment method used for the purchase.

How do I pack an item if I am returning it?

Returning faulty products:
Please use the original packaging whenever possible to prevent damage during transit. If the original packaging isn't available, pack the item securely in a sturdy cardboard box.

Returning unwanted items:
For unwanted items (within 14 days), it's essential to use the original packaging to qualify for a full refund. If you received a free gift, it must also be returned unused and in its original packaging. For further guidance, feel free to contact us at info@littlegliders.co.uk.

Do I have to pay for the return of damaged/faulty items?

If you're in the UK, there is no charge for returning damaged or faulty items. Simply contact us to arrange a collection, which can be scheduled Monday to Friday.

However, if our technicians find no fault with the item after inspection, an administration and handling fee will apply.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your returned order reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected within 5 working days. After the inspection is complete and the item’s condition is confirmed, your refund will be processed.

Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for the funds to be returned to your original payment method after the refund confirmation.

I am facing issues at checkout. What can I do?

We’re sorry for any inconvenience you’re experiencing during checkout.

If your payment isn't being processed, we recommend contacting your bank for assistance, as we don’t have control over the approval of your payment method.

Also, check for any authorisation requests from your bank, such as a text message, and respond to complete your order successfully.
